What’s your story?

I have always felt a powerful force urging me to keep following my love for business and at a young age, I knew there was no other option for me but to pursue what I knew would be the only way to feel fulfilled in the business aspect of my life. I was going to be an entrepreneur, and build a service, platform, or product that could help others in a positive way.

I have an amazing family but as all traditional Asian families are, the pressure to get through college and then work that corporate ladder, was always prominent in my life growing up. I got into my second year of college in Business Law with the dream of pursuing law school to be a family lawyer and I just got turned off. It was gradual but I had gotten to a point where I was meeting other entrepreneurs and company owners (who were and are a decade older than me) that drove me to dig deep and realize I needed to follow my gut and my passion and go out and learn and build my own company.

I dropped out and started learning from all the social circles I got pulled into, what established entrepreneurs were doing, what my generation was doing in business and the digital tech world and I started to form a sixth sense of how to look at any brand, person, or company and how to refine it to maximize its growth, visibility, and public exposure.

Through this entire journey, I witnessed how hard women specifically struggled to be taken seriously in business. There were so many women with great business ideas who wanted to own brands and companies or use their platforms for more than being a pretty face but there was nobody taking them seriously or taking the time to develop them and help them. It broke my spirit for years to see women with so much talent be overlooked and I made it a mission to grow my own business to the point I could help other women go from an idea to being a public figure in a niche industry or an entrepreneur.

Tell me about your brand?

My brand is about empowering women, entrepreneurs, and brands/companies to embody their authenticity in order to craft their presence successfully. There is no reason to sacrifice any part of who you are in order to get exposure. I have created a community of like-minded individuals with a passion for what drives them, and overall my community is a safe place for and platform for ambitious women seeking strategic help in furthering themselves and their businesses.

There are no egos. We are here, as our authentic selves, and whether you need commercial video production or viral digital media campaigns the several divisions within Hierarch Media are all run by incredibly authentic individuals themselves, with the mission of helping others stay true to who they are but seeing success in exposure and branding.

What inspired you to create your brand?

Being a young woman with high expectations for myself, I was often made to feel like my ambitions were unattainable or set too high.

This created a fire inside of me that drove me through every obstacle, setback, or pivot I came into contact with and was the fuel I needed to build the structure within my own life to get done what I knew I could do to provide people with a positive alternative within this digital era. I was inspired by every woman I met that shared their ideas, their aspirations, and their mind with me.

The strong women were the ones helping others connect the dots and care for the people around them in business and in life, and I was inspired by the healers of our world and the impact so many women had upon others that they were never recognized for.

The talent and drive that so many women shared but had no idea how to harness into a successful lifelong career or business venture…The women I’ve met along the way have inspired me to keep building what Hierarchy Media stands upon. The mission to be a safe haven for women that have never had a community and professional team behind them that doesn’t want to change anything about them but help craft what they already possess. I want to bridge the gap between the digital era entrepreneurs and public figures with the corporate company and brand world.
