DISCOVER AVERY REDD’S INSPIRING STORY AND HOW HE IS CRAFTING SUCCESS IN THE AMERICAN MUSIC INDUSTRY
The American music industry can be likened to the Mount Everest of global music, and the journey to the peak can take a lifetime. Countless musical talents have sprung out from here, and the industry is still producing music geniuses every time. One artist that is set to take the music world by storm is Avery Redd.
The Compton-born artist is best described as a once-in-a-lifetime star, and lately, he has been paving his own path and crafting a particular style of music that listeners love to hear. This has put Avery Redd in the spotlight, as he has started receiving recognition from people in the industry and this is leading him to have a very successful musical career in the nearest future. Most times, he cannot believe that his career is taking off in the manner that he projected.
He said:
“Honestly, I’m humbly excited about the doors that my music has opened for me. With the experiences I have had, I can’t complain about the struggle, because it is the reason my outcome is unfolding the way it is. All I’m seeing is up”.
INSPIRATIONAL MUSIC FROM THE HEART
Avery Redd makes a type of music that tells his struggles in life and how he overcame them. He uses his songs to speak because there are a lot of people who might be experiencing similar fate, and his song will inspire them to push through the pain and struggle.
“My music is my life, and I say that literally. Every word you hear in my music is directly from my story and what I have experienced or I am experiencing. It’s all facts, no cap, it’s real, anyone can relate to it,” Avery says.
He further said:
“I feel I was born into music like this is what I was set out to do in my life, it’s just so peaceful for me”.
Things did not come in all easy for Avery Redd. The music star had to hurdle a lot of obstacles before things started to take shape. Although the hood life took a toll on him, Avery has put all that behind him and looks to correct his imperfections through his music.
“I’ve been incarcerated; I have given about 11 years of my life to the justice system. I just owned up to my imperfections and knew that, though I was at my lowest, all I could do was set a stable foundation, build and go up. That’s why I just kept writing, documenting my thoughts because I knew what I thought mattered and it still does”. He says.
According to the music star, the only way is up. He draws inspiration from his life, his daughter, and other California music legends, like Nipsey Hussle. He will usually advise young ones to push through because no one can stop anyone determined to make it out.
“No one can stop you but you. Look at your failures as opportunities to evaluate yourself and point out what you could have done better to make it successful. That is what I do. I’m never gonna play a victim, I can never be victimized because I am a king,” Avery advises.
